Just Magnolia Monthly Challenge 2 – Brown Paper Bag

******
A new challenge has been posted on the Just Magnolia Monthly Challenge Blog , The challenge is to decorate a brown paper bag, here is my take on the challenge
******

I must admit when i had heard what the challenge would be i panicked, i had never attempted anything like this before, but you know what, i really enjoyed it, now it did take me absolutely ages but it was great fun , and i highly recommend trying it for yourself
I decided to try another first for me , Shabby Chic
, i have always loved the Shabby Chic style but have never been brave enough to attempt it for myself, so as i was making this bag/card which was a first for me i thought this would be as good a time as any to try it, i think i still need a bit more practice with it but i am happy with it all the same and no doubt i will attempt it again soon

Here is the inside of the Bag/Card, i decided to make the card a gift too by making a space to insert some money
and on the other side i inserted a poem which i found online

Here is the inside of the card again but this time showing what was in the pocket, i made this tag with a space to write a message

And here is the back of the Card/Bag, i kept it simple and just added my personalized stamp which i bought of Ebay ages ago
Well thats all the pictures, i hope you liked my bag/card
, i also hope that you can join us with the Monthly challenge, this challenge will run for 2 weeks and it is being sponsored with a massive $50 gift certificate from Simon Says Stamp
, and do make sure to stop by the rest DT blogs too as their creations to this challenge are AMAZING, trust me they really are outstanding, head on over and see for yourself
